When we do begin card transactions, credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner.)

• Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, or any other information provided by your during the use of our website.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms of Use
Sargam's Petit Project, makes available information and materials on its website www.sapetitproject.com subject to the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use). Your use of www.sapetitproject.com constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use; if you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not use the site. Sargam's Petit Project reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.
In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of website is referred to as “Sargam's Petit Project”, "www.sapetitproject.com", "we", "us" or "our".
Shipping
We at Sargam's Petit Project offer shipping within Mumbai, charges are decided based on the weight of the package and the address of delivery.
We shall dispatch orders within the time mentioned along with the order of the products and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 5-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Sargam's Petit Project is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Sargam's Petit Project. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Sargam's Petit Project, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
Cancellations
We will not be able to accept a cancellation request more than 24 hours after the order is placed because we make products to order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
Returns Policy
In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
Return is not feasible for bath and body products.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
We do not offer cash on delivery payment option as yet, however we are trying to make this service available on selected pin codes at the earliest. Due to a limitation of courier services, we may contact you to pay online / cancel your order, if we are updated by the courier service that the address is not serviceable for COD.
We will charge Rs. 100 as COD charges on and above the courier charges if applicable.
Any COD packages that are returned to us will be automatically cancelled in the system. In case you wish to, you could reorder the products online.
Currency Transactions
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Processing Orders
Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email us at sara@sapetitproject.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Customer Service Policy
Sargam's Petit Project is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website have ingredients that are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason whatsoever, we will notify you within 5 business days for instructions to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund, as the case maybe.
Care Instructions
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Measurements/dimensions of products
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to courts of Mumbai- Bombay Jurisdiction only. Mumbai is located in the State of Maharashtra, India.

Availability, Product Information, Pricing & Colors
At Sargam's Petit Project, we go out of our way to give you 100% handmade products using locally sourced ingredients, merchandise for which our brand “Sargam's Petit Project” is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities because of seasonal ingredients and because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on www.sapetitproject.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Most www.sapetitproject.com products displayed on the website are available while supplies last.
All of www.sapetitproject.com products are manufactured locally. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
